I am an award-winning strategic-creative-thinker with over 30-years of experience in brand-identity, marketing, advertising and graphic design.  Waring & LaRosa, Grey, Gotham, Deutsch, JWT and Siegelvision are some of the agencies I've worked at. I have experiences with financial, technology, health-care, beauty, packaged goods, entertainment, arts/culture, nonprofits and foundations. Some of the clients I've worked with are Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Chase, American Express, Microsoft, Sony Ericksson, Reebok, Hennessy, IMS, Business Week, AT&T, Microsoft, Air France, Bausch&Lomb, Hampton's Inn, Liz Claiborne and Maybelline,

My passion for purpose-driven work led me to the Robin Hood Foundation where I created marketing and communications materials including the 12.12.12. Sandy Relief, the Black Eyed Peas Concert in Central Park and their legendary annual galas and fund-raising events.

As the Chief Creative Officer at Siegelvision, I worked with numerous organizations fighting for social and equity justice: City University of New York, KinderCare, Womankind (Anti-Domestic Violence), Breaking Ground (Homeless Supportive Housing), Korean American Community Foundation, Just Capital, SAGE Advocacy and Services for LGBT Elders, IIE (International Institute of Education), Fashion Institute of Technology (F.I.T.), New American Leaders, CACF (Coalition for Asian American Children and Families), New York City Mayor's Office's Affordable Housing Program, ParentChild+ and John Jay College.

I was born in Taiwan and moved to the U.S. when I was 11years old. While learning to speak English, I used drawings to communicate with other children at school. That's when I understood the power of visual communication. The skills I've acquired to reconcile my own multi-layered identities ignited my passion for the brand-identity business.  I was the Director of Diversity at Gotham. I speak fluent English and Mandarin Chinese. I studied art and business at Cornell University.  I studied advertising at School of Visual Arts.  I have exhibited my paintings in galleries and museums globally.

As the founder of the Dinner Guys Giving Circle, my friends and I raised money and funded under resourced Asian American and Pacific Islanders LGBT organizations.  I was named by AAPIP (Asian American Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy) as one of the top 25 Leaders in Action.  I serve on the Board of the Stonewall Community Foundation and SeaChange Capital Partners.
